Return and Refund Policy
Free Returns
All orders qualify for free return labels. Use the contact page or contact us at support@brenthelsnow.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a free return label.
Returns are accepted within 30-days of receiving the product. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in a shipping box.
Refunds
Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
