Free Continental U.S. Shipping on Orders Over $100 + Free Returns* (Excludes AK, HI, and U.S. Territories). Order before 1PM PST for same-day dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Free Shipping & Destinations

  • Continental U.S.: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
  • HI, AK, & U.S. Territories: Shipping rates for regions outside the continental U.S. are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing & Transit Times

All orders ship from our Southern California warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST (Monday – Friday) ship the same day.
  • Standard Processing: Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will ship the following business day.
  • Estimated Delivery: Most shipments arrive within 1–6 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status of your shipment.

Delivery Address Requirements

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Costs for rerouting or reshipping due to an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility.
  • P.O. Boxes: While USPS delivers to P.O. Boxes, UPS and FedEx typically require a physical street address. If a P.O. Box is provided, your order may experience delays.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • Reporting Damage: Please inspect your package upon arrival. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages once marked as delivered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Immediate Action Required: Because we prioritize same-day shipping, changes or cancellations must be requested immediately.
  • Post-Shipment: Once an order has been processed or a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
