Free Returns (Continental U.S. Only)
We offer free return labels for orders within the continental United States within 30 days of delivery. For Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Eligibility & Condition

Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging with all tags included.

Protection: Returns must be shipped back inside a proper shipping box. Do not stick labels directly to the product packaging.

Restocking Fees: While we rarely charge fees, we reserve the right to apply a fee of up to 20% for items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging.

Outside Continental U.S.: Our team will provide the return address for you to arrange postage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method. You will receive a notification email once the refund is issued.
